Seahawks sign TE Je’Ron Hamm http://www.authenticsseattleseahawks.com/cheap-chris-carson-jersey , DT Joey Ivie; waive two others Following a day off on Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks have made a pair of additions, while waiving two others to begin the week. After being released on Thursday, the Seahawks brought back tight end Je’Ron Hamm on Monday morning. Joining Hamm on the 90-man roster is defensive tackle Joey Ivie.Ivie, a seventh round pick by the Dallas Cowboys in the 2017 NFL Draft, spent the 2017 offseason and preseason in Dallas, prior to being released during roster cut downs. After spending the majority of the 2017 season on the Atlanta Falcons’ practice squad and being signed to a future contract in January, Ivie was waived with an injury settlement in June. Assuming Ivie is fully healthy after being waived from the Falcons, he should be an interesting addition to the defensive tackle competition. At 6-foot-3 and 298 pounds, Ivie played as a nose tackle throughout his time at the University of Florida. On Seattle’s roster, just Shamar Stephen and Poona Ford fit into that role; at the very least, Ivie can provide another body there to begin preseason. To make room on the 90-man roster, the Seahawks released DT Lord Adusei-Hyeamang, who was just signed on Friday, as well as waiving fullback Khalid Hill with an injury designation.Hill http://www.authenticsseattleseahawks.com/cheap-duane-brown-jersey , thought to have a good chance at winning the fullback competition, sat out practice with an undisclosed injury during the end of last week. If Hill clears waivers, he will revert to Seattle’s injured reserve. As a player who visited prior to the draft and was signed soon after the draft’s conclusion, the Seahawks likely want to retain his rights moving forward.
